The use of non-biodegradable single-use plastic straws will be banned in the catering industry nationwide from January 1, 2021. There is no ban on the straws in the outer packaging of milk, drinks and other foods.
In 1959, Swedish packaging designer Sten Gustav Thuring invented the all-in-one polythene shopping bag as an alternative to resource-intensive paper bags. He wanted to be able to recycle them rather than use them once and throw them away. His son Raoul Turing once said: "To my dad, the idea of people throwing these bags away is very weird."
The problem gradually emerged after the popularity of plastic bags, these bags are so convenient that people become lazy, use them once and then throw them away -- plastic bags are not disposable, but are used as disposable. These non-biodegradable plastics are now plaguing many parts of the world, and the most obvious victims are animals in nature.
Now finally introduced a series of ban policies, although may feel not used to it, but I believe that there are other more environmentally friendly things to replace these plastic bags, the increasingly bad environment will be greatly improved, but also let more animals will not die.
And our company is developing biodegradable bags to meet customers requirement and save our earth!
