When you received bags , sometimes whether you find some small problems , although it didn't affect bag use , but it affects your mood . Actual these small problems can be solved before production process , please follow me to have a look :
Tip 1 : Straight corner OR round corner
Usually suppliers make bags choose straight corner first , if you don't tell suppliers . So if you want round corner , please remind suppliers , avoid they choose straight corner .
Tip 2 : With tear notch
Usually all bags need tear notch , if you don't need it or only need one side with tear notch or both sides with tear notch , and tear notch position , if you have request for location , please inform suppliers in advance . If you don't have special position request , our company put it to zipper middle is 15mm normally .
Tip 3 : Hanging hole
A : Many customers forgot to tell suppliers need hanging hole , if your bags need hanging on the shelf , no hanging hole , you will not use them .
B : Hanging hole shape , usually round hole and Euro hole
C : Hanging hole dimension ( you can customize hanging hole sizes )
Tip 4 : Zipper position
Usually our company zipper middle to bag top is 25mm or 30mm if you don't have special request . But you need to attention your bags whether have hanging hole , if this bag with hanging hole , zipper position need move down . If you have special position request , please remind suppliers !
Tip 5 : Printing
A : Texts or patterns whether is on the seal side
B : Texts or designs whether is on the zipper
C : If this bag with hanging hole , if your texts or patterns on the bag top , whether they will be affected
Tip 6 : Window
Window size is large , or window position is at the bottom or it's near to seal side , notice whether it will be on the seal side , specially stand up bag bottom .
