First step : ordering cylinder rolls from cylinder factroy
Most customers don't know what are cylinder rolls . They often ask us " what are they ? Could you explain it ? " I often send them one picture first . Then they understand easily . Please check the below picture .
With rolls , we print all transparent material . Then material will have beautiful logos . The rolls can be re-used. We can keep using them for about 2 years .
2. Second step : Printing all material with rolls
Printing Engineer is very excellent . They mix different colors of paint together to come up one new color by experience . The more experience they have , the printing result will be more wonderful . One design has 1 - 9 colors . Printing Engineer will make one by one . It needs much technique and skill . All material are transparent . They are not white , they are not with colors . After printing , material can be colorful with beautiful design .
3. Third step : laminating all layers of material
All of our bags are laminated . They are made by 2-4 layers of mateiral . Such as PET / PE , PET / Vmpet / PE , MOPP/ Vmpet / PE and so on . We laminate all the layers by machine . And put them into solidification room . 72 hours later , all layers come into one whole layer .
4. The last step : making into bags
All material come into bags by machine . Then beautiful bags come out .
