The material of the vacuum packaging bag is an important factor affecting the effect of vacuum packaging. Today, Giant packaging analyzes several common materials for vacuum packaging.

1. Nylon (PA)

One is polyamide + polyethylene (PA+PE), PA commonly known as nylon, is an ordinary plastic. PA+PE vacuum compression bag is a new type of plastic made of plastic and nylon composite. The bag made of this material is softer, more flexible, higher adhesion, does not change properties in the event of low temperature, is not easy to leak, is more durable, generally available for several years. Suitable for packaging hard goods, such as greasy food, meat products, fried food, vacuum packaging food, cooking food, etc.

On the basis of nylon vacuum bag, nylon composite bag and multi-layer co-extruded vacuum bag with higher performance can be derived. The main components of nylon composite bags are PET/PE, PVC/PE, NY/PVDC, PE/PVDC, PP/PVDC, the main difference is that composite bags are generally composed of substrates, laminates, barrier materials, heat sealing materials, printing and protective coating. The main component of multi-layer co-extruded vacuum bag is nylon, which is composed of PA, EVOH, PE, PP, TIE and other resins, and adopts a symmetric or asymmetric combination structure. Due to the addition of PA and EVOH, not only the barrier property to oxygen and fragrance, composite stripping strength, environmental resistance and preservation period of the multilayer film are greatly improved. It has the characteristics of no pollution, high barrier, strong function, low cost, small capacity ratio, high strength, flexible structure, etc., which makes the production process of food packaging materials realize no pollution.

2. Polyethylene (PE)

polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin produced by polymerization of ethylene. Transparent lower than nylon, feel stiff, sound more crisp, with excellent gas resistance, oil resistance and fragrance preservation properties. It is not suitable for high temperature and cold storage, and the price is cheaper than nylon. It is generally used for ordinary vacuum bag materials without special requirements.

The common combination is PE+PET, PE+PET is a composite of polyester polyester and ordinary plastic, called high-strength composite film. General PET+PE bags, adhesion is better, is the current compression bag used more material. However, the disadvantage of this bag is that it is relatively brittle and not soft enough, especially at low temperatures, it will harden and cause easy to break, the adhesion is not good, and it is easy to leak air. For friends in the north, it is not recommended to buy this bag.

3. Aluminum Foil (AL)

Aluminum-plastic composite vacuum packaging bag (PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/CPP), the main component is aluminum foil, opaque, silver white, anti-luster, with good barrier property, heat sealing property, shielding optical activity, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, aroma protection; Non-toxic and tasteless; Softness and other characteristics. Suitable for moisture-proof, light-proof and vacuum packaging of large precision machinery equipment, chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates. It adopts four-layer structure and has good water and oxygen isolation function. Aluminum foil vacuum bags are widely used in food, electronics, chemical and other industries, because the raw materials of aluminum foil itself are relatively expensive, so the cost of vacuum will be relatively high.
