Today, i will introduce you how to make a bag setp by step, to let you have more understandings about flexible packing.
Before everything, we need to make metal cylinders before pritning, ours surface handling is called gravure printing, which means we will grave your design image into the metal cylinders based on different colors. Below the link shows how the cylinders look like:
And then after cylinders and materials are ready, we will do printing on the outside layers of the bag, normally BOPP or PET. How do we do printing, you can check below link:
After printing, we will do lamination. Normally we do laminated bags, 2 layers, 3 layers or 4 layers laminated.Below link shows how to make lamination:
After all of these steps, then we come to the final step, cutting the rolls into separate pieces of bags, pls check the link below:
Also after the production of the bag, we will pack the bags and then ship them to you, normally we will pack them 50 pcs one bundle, and then fill them into our standard carton based on different bag sizes. Also we can do custom packing method according to your requirement, like below:
