We made many vacuum bags for different food factories every year.
Some are selling fresh vegetables,some sell fresh fish,sea food,some sell rice,beans,some sell frozen fruits...

I want to talk about one of my customers. His product is fresh fish, which needs to be vacuum packaged and stored in cold storage. The vacuum bag he used in the past often bursts and breaks. After communication, I think the thickness is not enough, and I suspect that the material is not nylon.
After I quoted him according to the standard of thickening, he decided to try a batch of vacuum bags. After placing the order, he chatted with him one day and took pictures of their fish. I saw, my goodness, the fish is not whole. It's a very big fish, cut into thick slices, and the fish bones are on the outside. I immediately called the workshop to change the material, although we might lose money.
For big fish like this, the bones are very hard. After being sliced, vacuumed and then frozen, the bones can easily puncture the bag, causing air leakage and spoiling the fish. So the inner membrane was replaced with reinforced refrigerated vacuum PE, which cost 30% more, but because the contract has taken effect, I didn't ask customers for the price difference.
However, I told the customer that this product requires enhanced material, and the next order needs to be re-quoted. The customer did not understand it and claimed that he did not need a special material.
So when I shipped the goods, I sent some samples of common vacuum materials to customers along with the goods. After receiving it, the customer was very surprised, saying that the quality of our bags was much better than the ones he used before.
And after testing, samples of ordinary materials are easy to break, but the quality of the bulk products we make is very good. The customer decides that all future packaging will be done from us.
I'm talking about this example just to provide reference for future customers. In communicating with us, you must let me know your product details without reservation, so that we can provide you with more suitable packaging. If you conceal the situation, or are too lazy to tell us, you don’t think it is necessary to tell us. . . Then the details you conceal may cause the final packaging to be inappropriate and ultimately cause your losses.
