Payment Terms
We accept PayPal, Western Union, TT and Bank Transfer, etc.
Normally 50% bag cost plus cylinder charge deposit, full balance before delivery.
Shipping Terms
Different shipping terms are available based on customer reference.
Normally, if cargoes below 100kg, suggest ship by express like DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc, between 100kg-500kg, suggest ship by air, above 500kg, suggest ship by sea.

Mainly we pack the bags with common export paper cartons, and then coated with wrapping Film for moisture proof.

1, When we create our own artwork design,what kind of format is available for you?
Please try to send the format of PSD,AI,CDR or PDF with high definition and separated layers files.
2, Quotation valid period?
Quotation is valid for 30 days. The price of our products is adjusted according to the floating materials. So when the quotation is invalid, please check the price with us before placing order.
3, How about the package?
The size of the box varies according to the product's, we will choose the carton size based on the bag condition, if you have any special requirements about packing, pls confirm us before producing.
Our regular carton sizes: (1) 51*31*25cm, (2) 47*35*40cm, (3) 48*35*38cm
(4) 47*35*33cm, (5) 47*34*38cm, (6) 80*35.5*32cm
4, Can the bags be put into refrigerator?
Yes, the bags can be put into refrigerator directly for more than 3 months.
