1)Cylinder making
We are gravure printing,so one color needs to do one cylinder,it was been curved on a plate.the cylinders is one -off payment,it
can be used many times.We can store them well for more than 3 years
2)Printing
After finishing the cylinders,we will go on printing on the outer material.We use high speed 9 colors printing machine with panton
color to make sure the colors are the 99% or 100% the same
3)Laminating
Our material is laminated material,the material structure can be
MBOPP/PET/LDPE,MBOPP/VMPET/LDPE,PET/PE,PET/VMPET/LDPE,PET/AL/LDPE,PA/PE,ect.At least 2 layers
We use new technology solvent free to laminate,Eco -friendly and food grade
4)Solidifying
After finishing the laminating,we will go to solidify,it needs roughly 24 to 48 hours to make sure the bags are strong
5)Cutting into bags
We have more than 20 cutting machines to finish the last process,Capacity is 100000 to 500000pcs per day
6)Quality checking
We have professional workers to check the quality to make sure the bags you received with good quality
7)Packing
We use inside dust proof PE coated,outside with strong corrugated paper box .We also provide pallet if you need
