This kind of feedback is actually rare. Because no one will use the degree of bending to evaluate the difference in paper. But I still pay attention, because I also want to know why. I asked the technicians in the workshop, and the technicians said that the craftsmanship has not changed, the same way, the thickness of the paper is also the same, it can not explain my question. I also found the person in charge of purchasing raw materials and asked this question. The person in charge checked the records and found that a small part of the paper purchased in the previous batch was horizontally textured, most of which were vertical textured, and checked the previous purchasing records, which were all vertical.
Then there is a problem. The texture direction of the paper will affect the fold resistance of the paper. If you bend the vertical paper horizontally, it is of course not easy to have creases, but if you bend it horizontally by 140 degrees, the horizontal paper is easier to come out. Crease. The final conclusion we reached was that the crease and bend tags mentioned by the customer were horizontally textured paper.
Therefore, in future orders, we will note that only longitudinally textured paper is used, because a small part of the paper needs to be bent horizontally in use.
