Therefore, we often tell customers that if the order is not returned within two years, the plate roller will be disposed of. If you place an order again, you will have to spend money to make a new plate roll.
This is impossible. Usually a design will have five to nine version rolls, hundreds of kilograms, some customers make more than a dozen designs at once, and one of my customers makes more than 40 designs of packaging bags at once. The plate rolls that are made are tons.
Usually these rolls will be kept for free for 2 years, and the order will be returned within 2 years, and they can be reused for free. If you can’t get in touch for more than two years, it will be disposed of. Because the plate room really has no idle place to store these plate rollers that are not used all year round. Moreover, long-term storage can easily lead to wear, bumps, or corrosion.
So from the customer's point of view, in order to save money, long-term cooperation with a supplier is the most cost-effective, and of course, the most worry-free.
